I would like to speak through my story.
*My boyfriend and I have known each other on Instagram for a while, and then we switched to chatting with each other on Hangout with his e-mail address fengchoi2@gmail.com.
*We fell in love with each other and want to get married, My boyfriend is Feng Choi (Dr. Feng Choi (UNPM / YMN / 4537), a Korean citizen currently on one of your peacekeeping missions in Yemen ). And he asked me to write to the UN to take leave from the UN to come to my country and stay with me.

I listened to what he arranged, I trusted him and passed on all the fees the UN has asked for a long time, and by chance I went to your website to publicize some cases. cyber fraud, and I got the feeling that I was being deceived, even though I had previously made them prove to me the UN websites, and I believed because if I work with the UN, I feel secure.
Below I would like to send you my chats and the UN via email and details that I have copied out. I really want you to help me come to light if this man has cheated on me, and I don’t want anyone to be deceived like me now. I lost a lot of money and lost faith in that man.

This a typical Black Money or Wishy-Washy scam. The victim is led to believe this chemical removes the dye.
In some cases a scammer or accomplice has actually turned up at the victim’s house with black money and a chemical. The United Nations Counter-Terrorism Strategy has laid the foundation for the United Nation’s work on victims of terrorism. The Strategy, adopted by consensus, in the form of a resolution and an annexed Plan of Action (A/RES/60/288), is a unique global instrument that enhances national, regional and international efforts to counter terrorism.

The Secretary-General’s Symposium on Supporting Victims of Terrorism held in 2008 was a practical step to recognize the needs of victims of terrorism following the adoption of the Strategy. The Symposium gave both a face and a voice to victims of acts of terrorism and provide a forum for discussing concrete steps to assist victims in coping with their experiences, and to share good practices. For the first time at the global level, victims, Governments, experts and civil society came together during the Symposium that resulted in eight recommendations on how to improve support to victims. One of the recommendations was to establish a “virtual networking, communication and information hub for victims of terrorism.” The Support Portal has been developed based on this recommendation.
Objectives of the Support Portal

For this reason, the international community usually looks to the Security Council to authorize peacekeeping operations through Chapter VII authorizations.

In 2007, a peacekeeper volunteer was required to be over the age of 25 with no maximum age limit. Peacekeeping forces are contributed by member states on a voluntary basis. As of 30 June 2019, there are 100,411 people serving in UN peacekeeping operations (86,145 uniformed, 12,932 civilian, and 1,334 volunteers).] European nations contribute nearly 6,000 units[to this total. Pakistan, India, and Bangladesh are among the largest individual contributors with around 8,000 units each. African nations contributed nearly half the total, almost 44,000 units.

Formation

Once a peace treaty has been negotiated, the parties involved might ask the United Nations for a peacekeeping force to oversee various elements of the agreed upon plan.
