He asked me to help him in send a package from the Customs in Jakarta, where the diplomat had to stop in his flight to here. The asking for money is that he affirmed that the Ministry of Finance of Jakarta, Indonesia, was asking for more and more money to send that package. The diplomat could not open it to be scanned, and so on. Here is the fake form they sent to me
The emails from theme are: Mr. BRADFORD BILL, (fake Colonel in US Army, based on Kabul, Afghanistan) bradford.bill@yandex.com and bradfordbill994@yahoo.com and Mr. SHAUN HARRISON (fake diplomat from Contract Link Diplomatic Secured Security Company) contractlinkdiplomatic22@gmail.com.

There is no such thing as a Diplomatic Clearance Fee. If you are contacted by a courier service that says they are delivering a shipment to you and require you to pay a “Diplomatic Clearance” Fee or a “Customs fee” before it can be delivered to your home, DO NOT SEND THE MONEY. There is no package and you are the target of a scam. Do not be confused by any official sounding information they provide such as airway bill numbers, etc. This is just window dressing to make the scam seem more authentic. Diplomats do not act as convenient parcel delivery couriers for private individuals, they only work for Governments.
Scammers like to have friends so they will often add a few more fake profiles they own to themselves. Here is one, but we also found several otherexamples.

This is a common phone/419 scam. DO NOT SEND MONEY IF YOU SEE SUCH REQUESTS.
