He sent me a message from an Instagram on November 16th 2019. His name is Arthur Finnegan.
At his request he changed the contact method from Instagram to Hangout, recently to Whatsapp. The phone number is +1 (937)576-1976.

His message was:
“I wrote a message because you looked like a nice nice person. I am a direct person.”
As I was exchanging messages, he said “I lost my wife two years ago.” “I have a 10-year-old son””I lost my parents when I was 8 years old and I was raised
by my grandparents“
“I am currently a U.S. Army surgeon and plastic surgeon in Sana’a, Yemen.““One year and eight months have passed since I signed a three-year contract.“
On December 13, I suddenly lost contact with him.
He says, “Terrorists have attacked my base camp. I was injured after being bombed and moved from a base camp to a small hospital.“
“I treated myself. The army radio has been broken, leaving only three soldiers and three colleagues.“
“Please remit money from a Graham Bank so I may escape in a hired helicopter, but my phone been broken by the bombing, can you help me with the bank procedure?“He told me the account number and password of the bank and the remittance destination.
When I logged in and tried to send $ 700,000, I got a message that I could not proceed without “COT” cord. I asked customer care and they required a $6000 deposit.
I have sent $3000 each from a bank to an Australian agent and a Cambodian agent. I showed this remittance copy to the scammer. My home address is listed.”However, the money was not delivered to the Australian and Cambodian agents, so Graham Bank old me to cancel the remit.
The $3000 for the Cambodian agents was returned to my account, but not yet for the Australian agents.
30th Dec. I couldn’t send money after all, so Graham Bank told me to send $25,000 to issue a “COT”code.
6th Jan. I sent money with Bitcoin. When I proceeded with the remittance at Graham’s online bank,
I was told that I needed $25,000 to issue the “IMF” code.16th Jan. I transferred again via Bitcoin.
I finally sent $700,000 to call for a helicopter.
$50,000 of the bitcoin I sent was credited to Arthur Finnegan’s account at Graham and never returned.
Arthur said it gives me $350,000 for our future, so I must send money from my account. It was also said that the money in the account was ours.
24th Jan. I also borrowed and sent a payment of $103,000 to Graham Bank via Bitcoin.
The next time I have sent two remittances to my account, $110,000 and $270,000.
It looked like I was able to send money from online Bank but now I’m worried.
Again my $103,000 has been credited to this account. Last time and this time, I was promised I would be able to chat with a human at Graham, to return to my account in Japan, but I was betrayed.
I have so much debt that I don’t know what to do. Please tell me whether this graham is a real bank.
