These scammers  prey on the superstitions of their own countrymen.  You will find then on Guest  boards on many websites or  comments anywhere on the internet.
They are just as big a menace as any Romance scammer or loan scammer and prey on the  very vulnerable. If you share any details with these scum you will become the target of more scammers.  Do not be fooled if they hide behind a website.
This one is a Nigerian scammer.
