African scammer in Turkey *(!)

INFORMANT:

I suspect he is a scammer. He is on go.tinder.com with two Profiles
The one of them with the name of Paul Ray Pilkington, 44 years old, civil engineer, lives in Minneapolis with his son Scott and two cats.

The other profile with the name of Henson, and he has two children.
He says his address is 2157 Pen Ave S, Minneapolis
He was born in Germany, Hamburg, lived there till he was 11. His dad died and he and his mom moved to Ohio to his grandfather. He has no siblings.
He says he is a civil engineer and right now he is suppose to be in Istanbul, Turkey building a warehouse. Now his shipment is held back from the custom and they want 40000 dollars for it. He says his mother got a loan for 22000 dollars, and he asked me to get a loan for the rest ($18000)
He uses Hangout and Whatsapp
I have deleted everything from him.

*(!) It should be noted, that Turkey has become as popular a country for African scammers as Malaysia, Pakistan and India are. Turkey is a major scammer hub almost as much as Yoshkar-Ola is for Russian scammers.
Just as scammers often say they are in West Africa because they really are, we see as many scammers claiming to be in Turkey or Malaysia because they are too and you can be absolutely sure that this is a huge red flag. Just remember not to send any money on behalf of anyone mentioning these places and you can be certain that these people who ask for money are scammers. Usual rules apply here. SEND NOTHING!
