There are many red flags in this series that should act as a warning to anyone. The United Nations seems to have been called “United Nation” as well as “United Nations”. Even if you aren’t given the information by us here the scammer could not decide which country the victim was in. The United Nations do not use free emailers such as @consultant.com and neither do they use Western Union transfers. Any online request for such a transfer is always a scam so send nothing. Note also that you are not a “Husband” or a “Wife” of someone you have never met.
The last fake document is a classic mess and incorporates the Coat of Arms of the United States as well as the World Health Organisation neither of which has anything to do, in connection with this scam, with United Nations or Engineering. It does press on the need for the victim to send another 3000 Euros. If the scammer has not actually vanished by this time he will no doubt come up with some more scams, such as “Cyprille Nathan” being robbed on the way to the airport and needing money urgently.
