I want to report to you about a scammer impersonating Dr. Jong Hyun Hong as far as I know.
And this is the Gmail that he faked to text and try to scam me on Hangouts.

At first he approached me on Facebook and then told me it would be better to talk on Hangouts because he was in Yemen, and there were a lot of terrorist attacks there. He said he worked for the United Nations and was on duty in Yemen, couldn’t get out nor make calls. He said he had a daughter and his wife died.
Then he said he wanted to get out of there and return to my country. He needed the approval of the United Nations, he told me to write a letter and then,They asked for insurance so he could get out of there safely and live in my country. This is the mail impersonating the United Nations organization: un-offices@vacationsdept.org
And here is the gmail: drleewong232@gmail.com that person used to talk to me on Hangouts.
ADMIN:
Do not go off site safety with strangers. They do this to isolate you so the lying and scamming can continue with no safety control.
INFORMANT:
He approached me and then we talked for a while. He said he loved me. Gradually over time he said he was depressed because there were attacks in Yemen and it was terrible. He was afraid he would die so he told me to write to the United Nations asking for leave to come to my country to meet me.
ADMIN:
We find this comical. The lying rat is a saying he is a coward. He wants to run away for a while (see below), however he still has to go back!
INFORMANT:
He said his name is Lee Wong, Korean nationality, 40 years old, orphaned by a car accident, and he is a plastic surgeon in Korea and has an 11-year-old daughter.
His wife died when she was due to give birth to a second child. Later he accepted a job to work for the United Nations in Yemen with a 5-year contract.He now has 2 years and 3 months left to finish the contract. But because of the terrorist attacks in Yemen, he wants to leave there but there is a condition that he has to pay an insurance fee to the United Nations. This applies to sliding charges according to a time period of 1 month, 2 months, 3 months. And he asked for my help, as my fiancée, to get him out of there and be with me. If I don’t help him, he will die and never see me again. Because I have doubts, I have not sent money yet and want to clarify everything. I found out about your active page so I contacted you.
ADMIN:
We have seen this scammer story before, mainly used as a fictitious tale to pay for a replacement person. It is odd that a well paid doctor is unable to afford to go on holiday! It is always the victim who has to pay. A scammer calling you his “fiancee” or “wife” is ridiculous if you have never met. Why would a victim need to lie to help him?
