I just wanted to let you know that this person is scammer and I want to report who is behind in this account as in photo I found out the real person he pretend to be. The name is using by the scammer is Frederick Jasper.

The phone number +63 933 1419882 belongs to Chloe Bandong Reyes (from Philippine immigration) she use to contact me to deal for Frederick Jasper to help him have his clearance in immigration. She asked to pay some documents again for Frederick. It was a call from phone, not WhatsApp.
The scammer told me he will transfer to me some of his personal belongings and documents, through diplomat now *(!) I’m scared maybe he will send me something I don’t know. help me to find out who’s those people behind this scam.

Sadly though, it is entirely onesided, because all scammers care only about getting money from victims. This scammer called me on phone and he said he was now outside the camp and travel to Philippines.
This number he use to contact me: Frederick Jasper no. (+63 931 846 5469)
He asked me a money to make clearance to him in Philippines immigration..
He ask me to speak to the Philippine immigration to let him in the immigration department proceed as of that he let me contact with Ms. Chloe Bandong Reyes (from Philippines immigration) Her number is +63 933 141 9882Actually I don’t believe them at all even the lady she’s speak with me to help Mr. Frederick Jasper (scammer) to let him have his clearance but onc they ask me money again worth of $308. I told them I cannot help you because I’m not in Philippines and yet this Frederick cannot speak with me anymore. And then she OK so let me know when you can help him so he will not go in jail 🤦♀️
Then I ask the lady Chloe Bandong Reyes (from Philippines immigration) to send me his passport to know what’s going on.
Then she said that Mr. Frederick Jasper he came from America but his passport is from Afghanistan!
I don’t really know what’s on their mind actually I didn’t let them know that I’ve been report them
Actually he called me (scammer) and I could hear only his voice only voice because he said he’s phone cannot access video call. It was only once I talked to him on phone, but this made me realize that how he speaks is like Nigerian, African way. Then I told him what’s going on why seems like your different person now I can hear you but it’s like your not American how you speak like different person…
Then he said you shame me so much I feel so bad now. You daubt on me…I don’t know if I will laugh like he’s acting like normal that I still didn’t catch him lying. He keeps acting normal and lying all the time
