I met Dr. Logan Owen on the website https://coeffee.com
He is a Canadian who is a orthopedic surgeon and works under contract with the World Health Organization in Somalia. It is a war zone. He has been working for 3 years on that contract, he told me that he wants to come to see me in my country but he can’t come here to see me because he doesn’t take leave unless he posted Sign urgent leave for him. At first I was also afraid of being cheated, so I found his information on his Facebook and I saw him as a real doctor through the photos he posted on his personal page.
He sent his personal account to prove to me that he would refund me the money when he came to visit me.
I sent an email to un-vacationsdept.org@usa.com to book a vacation for him. I paid 1,000 USD for his premium within 30 days. I then had to pay 4,900 USD for his flight fee during Tet last year. But they did not make that flight because only 20% of the seats were booked so he did not leave Somalia. They emailed me and told me that he would leave Somalia within 3 days if I pay him a chartered flight of 2,700 USD. All the money I paid was transferred to the Bank account according to the information they provided.
