What we understood from the information is:
The scammer started communication with the Informant on Cupid.com.
He introduced himself as Dr. Onderakdeniz (is a military doctor in Yemen) with the son Tayyi who is in a school in Ghana. He asked the Informant to pay fee for the school, because he has no access to his Bank account being in Yemen. The money was sent twice via Western Union.
ADMIN:
No doctors from USA military in Yemen. Military leave is free and costs no money. Military have full access via internet and phone to bank account and can send money. He does not need a card to pay for Internet. A card request is the same as a money request. He does not have to pay for a son at school. If he has a family as a soldier, family education is free. All military must make proper arrangements for family/siblings before they go anywhere on an overseas posting.
