INFORMANT:
I am currently talking to a man who friended me on facebook going by the name of John Williams. And is using Captain Pier Paola Scala Pictures. I have face time him and it appears to be Mr Scala. However he mailed a package to me which is supposedly held up in custom with with 300,000 lbs and is requesting 9850 USD to get a anti money laundering certificate to complete delivery.
The phone number that he is currently using to contact me is +44 7448 207665 and address:
Edwin Arnold’s House, 30 Bolton Gardens, Kensington, London SW5 0AQ (it doesn’r exist)
He said he has another home in London but is currently living a very simple life.
Attached was his picture profile he had on whatsapp that shows his phone number. That picture has been changed since then.The following items in the pics below were shipped to my home address, bags, watches, necklaces etc. He said I need to pay 1200 to clear the package. Which I deposited into the following chase bank account in Wildomar CA:
The name on the account is Richard Wilson. Account # A/c NO-607528988. Routing No – 061092387.
I deposit a sum of 1550 USD on the following money attached to this email. The following day I was informed that the suitcase had $300,000 british pounds and they will need a sum of 9850 USD to get an anti money laundering certificate to clear the luggage sent via EPL express website: http://www.eplexpresscs.com/main-1 tracking number 8130672 [the tracking website Page doesn’t exist] the contact number is 404-629-7481 he also contacted me via whatsapp. Mr Williams said to me this morning if I contacted the company because he is at sea and would not be able to make any payment at this time. I told him I am not making payment either. We facetime a couple of times and I have attached a screenshot of what he looks like.
According to him his Italian name is Paolo Scala which he inherited from his dad. But after the passing of his dad his mother migrated to England where he grew up and attended school. they had to assume English names. That when his mother named him John Williams. we are to face time again today.This is all for now, please review and advise. Photos and screenshot of our conversation are attached.

It is regarding scammer John Williams. He called me earlier today on what’s app. The new phone number he is using is +44-7405-417517. He was apologetic and wanted to face time me. He is a young black male said he lives in Africa. I took a screenshot but the pic didn’t come through clear. He also attached a pic of himself but immediately deleted it. Said his real name is Max. I blocked him.
